Casting took place during last May 2012 in 5 different cities : Shenyang, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Beijing and Shanghai. Thousands of contestants came to participate with incredible variety of profiles and styles. Only the 10 best were ultimately selected to enter the Beauty Castle based in Shanghai where they lived, trained and competed.
